At last the well-deserved holidays are upon us - yippee I hear you say!
As part of our drive to improve writing in Year 4P, I want you to add some sentences about what you are getting upto during the holidays.
There will be a housepoint for those who post a comment 3 times.
Try to think about your writing targets as you are writing your sentences.
You have all left the classroom and now it is nice and quiet! Only International Day left tomorrow. On Saturday I will fly to Abu Dhabi with Edward and we will be going to Ferrari World on Sunday. On Monday we are driving 250kms to Sir Bani Yas Island. This is an island off the coast of Abu Dhabi where there is a safari plus we can go kayaking and snorkelling.

I hope you all have planned many exciting events over the holidays.
Right now, I am in Doha at my brother's house , planning to go to see Qafco Flower Show and Sand dunes in Umm Sayyd and lots of shopping too...
My kids have just finished their holidays and starting their new academic year next week.
So enjoy your holidays everyone and come back refreshed..

ReplyDeleteMy holiday is fun because i played computers and i even go to city center and buy lots of things and i enjoyed having 2 weeks holiday because i don't have to wake up so early in the morning but when it is school day i have to wake up at 5:45 so i don't come to school late.

ReplyDeleteI am now sat in our classroom trying to get prepared for the final 12 weeks of this school year. The classroom has been changed round and new displays are up and ready. We have an exciting 12 weeks ahead of us and lots of hard work. I hope you are all enjoying the last week of your holidays. See you on Sunday all refreshed and ready to go again!
Dear Mrs.Jackson if you are organizing the classroom or whatver you are doing please dont let me sit with the boys again like last time but at least school is just for learning have fun with going to Abu Dhabi BYE. ;) ;) ;)

DeleteMy holiday starts when i had to wake up at 1:00 and being ready to go to Saudi Arabia ( except the ones that are not muslim they cannot go there tell to my mum ) well i was so sleepy that i slept in the car for hours ( also my little sisters ).
ReplyDeleteI really really really love my holiday we get to buy some special things like the fab-tastic-food where you can make something out of real food !!!!! it is also sold in Saudi Arabia i found/brought it from Bin Dawood a funny kinda name and it is humongous !!

My holiday was fun because i dont have to wake up early and also went to doha to go to a restaurant... i ate a lot of food there...... then my parents and my sister went to souqwaqif but i didnt go because i was tired
